Systems-Level Reform
Bridging clinical medicine with workplace policy and health system design
Not another wellness voice – a reformer.

Who I am:
I’m a dual board-certified physician in obesity medicine and obstetrics/gynecology, and a certified menopause practitioner – one of only a small number of physicians in the US with this combination of expertise.
I’ve spent over twenty-five years in clinical medicine, but I’m also an entrepreneur and systems thinker. After building Kansas City’s first single-specialty, insurance-based obesity medicine clinic and navigating its transition to a fully self-pay model, I became obsessed with transforming the entire healthcare space.
I used to think the healthcare system was broken. Now I realize it’s working exactly as it was designed – to allow big business to profit from sickness.
I’m on a mission to help build something better. I believe we’re stronger when we collaborate and connect the dots.
Whether through clinical practice, speaking, or consultation, I help organizations and individuals rewrite the rules around midlife women’s health.
